    Chris is a passionate advocate for effective, evidence-based change who knows that sharing compelling stories and experiences will influence and improve culture, practice and policy.

    Chris has close family experience of the impacts of early life trauma and is a firm believer in the power of psychedelic therapies to address the impacts of this and the many psychiatric conditions it drives. The evidence already demonstrates that these medicines allow people to see – to experience – their reality a new, and begin to heal.

    Chris in an experienced thinker, problem-solver and leader of change with a highly successful 25 year career in market research working on some of the most significant and long-running social research projects in the UK - including the Crime Survey for England and Wales, and Understanding Society.

    With a focus on business organisation, operational effectiveness and excellence – Chris has a strong track record with key approaches (ADKAR, Agile, Lean, Choice Architecture) that have delivered meaningful long lasting change and high performing teams and departments.

    Chris founded OEV Partners to drive social attitudes forward: to end the stigma around mental illnesses – and these medicines. To see their use as therapeutic tools be as commonplace and as normalised as anaesthetics or antibiotics.

    Neil is a former UK police officer and undercover drugs operative. Now he’s an active member of the international drug policy reform movement.

    Neil is world renowned as a passionate and expert advocate for a health based approach to drug policy and sees great potential for currently restricted substances (psychedelics, cannabis) to provide relief for a range of poorly served conditions, from mental health to chronic pain and beyond.

    As a C-PTSD sufferer, Neil has lived experience of the urgent need for effective new treatments.

    Neil is a published author and policy expert, appearing regularly in the media commenting on drugs and drug policy reform and consulting on and contributing to policy papers.

    Neil is a board member of the Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP) in the USA, and in the U.K. (LEAP UK) and Chair of LEAP Europe.

    Neil joined OEV to use his policy and campaigning expertise and experience to provide consultancy as OEV’s campaigns and policy lead. In order to support the sector to grow dynamically and responsibly.

    Seon is a London Business School MBA graduate and independent management consultant specializing in business strategy. Over the last 17 years, he has helped startups and established companies across a range of industries and sectors formulate and optimize their strategies and operations for today’s markets, and raised millions of dollars in financing. His industry experience includes tech, entertainment, blockchain, healthcare, real estate, aviation, defense, education, food and beverage, agriculture, and non-profit.

    Seon became interested in psychedelic therapy as an option to address treatment-resistant trauma for a loved one and shortly thereafter began working to support advancement of development, understanding, and access for the space.
